The incident took place on Thursday, April 12, when employees from the store called the police to report that three shoplifting suspects from the week before had returned to the store, police said.
When police arrived just before 3 p.m., Boubakar S. Toure was apprehended as he was leaving the store, police said.
Toure was the only one of the three to be caught. Police did not disclose what was stolen.
He was charged with larceny and is being held on $5,000 bail. Toure is scheduled to appear in court on April 27.
